Who runs this site
Best Prop Challenge (bestpropchallenge.com) is an independent comparison website for prop trading firms and their evaluation challenges. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information about your visit
If you contact us we keep the email address and details you give us. Otherwise the information is what any website records: IP address, approximate location, browser type, device, the pages you look at, the address that referred you and any click identifier added by an advertising platform.
What we do not collect
Nothing on bestpropchallenge.com asks for your identity, payment card or trading data. When you buy a challenge, you do it on the prop firm’s website, and the firm’s own privacy policy applies to what you give it.
What we use it for
The data helps us keep bestpropchallenge.com working, improve our comparisons, count clicks on each listing, settle the referral fees we earn and respond to enquiries. We also use it where the law requires.
How clicks are tracked
Analytics tools help us understand how the site is used. Referral tracking lets the firms we list know that a visitor came from us: when you click through, a click identifier and standard technical details (IP address, browser) are passed to our tracking partner, and the company may later confirm a purchase or sign-up so that we can be paid our fee. Cookies make both of these work; you can refuse them in your browser settings.
Third parties
Service providers that host the site, run analytics or run our referral tracking, under contracts that limit how they use the data; the companies you click through to, as described above; and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
We store data only for as long as it is useful for running bestpropchallenge.com and settling referral fees, or as long as the law requires. After that it is deleted or reduced to statistics that do not identify you.
Your rights
Privacy laws in many places, including the EU, the UK and California, give you rights over your information: to see it, to have it corrected or deleted and to object to how it is used. To use any of these rights, email info@bestpropchallenge.com. We will respond within 30 days. You can also refuse analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Children and this site
We do not design this site for children and do not knowingly gather information about anyone under the age of 18.
