About this site
Best Prop Challenge publishes comparisons of prop trading firms and their evaluation challenges. The site does not offer trading, evaluations, funded accounts or any financial service, and it takes no part in your dealings with the firms it lists.
Acceptance of these terms
Your use of the site is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and on your being at least 18. If either condition is not met, do not use the site.
General information only
Everything on this site is general information. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy any evaluation or to trade. Trading carries a high risk of loss, most participants do not pass an evaluation, and past results of any firm or trader are no guide to yours. A funded account is a simulated or firm-owned account operated under the firm’s rules. Decide for yourself, and take independent advice if you need it.
Compensation
The site earns money from the companies it features. We may be paid when you follow a link, make a purchase or sign up, and some firms pay for prominent positions, including first place. This compensation can affect the order, the presentation and the scores of the listings. The scores are our own editorial assessments, not customer reviews, and no list on this site is a complete survey of the market.
Prices and details
We work to keep our comparisons up to date, but details change quickly and errors can occur, so we cannot promise that everything is correct or current. Prices, offers, codes and terms are set by the firms themselves. Confirm them on the company’s website before you commit. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time.
Permitted use
Use the site only for lawful, personal purposes. It is not permitted to copy or scrape content, to republish it elsewhere, to damage or overload the site, or to probe its security. Linking to our pages is fine if it is done honestly.
Our content
Everything we publish here, including the text, scores and design, belongs to Best Prop Challenge or to those who license it to us. Logos and company names belong to the companies concerned.
Third-party sites
This site links to websites run by others, mainly the firms we compare. Those websites are outside our control, and we are not responsible for what they sell, say or do with your information. Their own terms apply to anything you do there.
Disclaimer of warranties
We make no warranties about the site, its content or its availability, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded by law. The site is offered on an as-is basis.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, that results from using the site, relying on its content or dealing with any company we list.
